Donation Request
Chick-fil-A prides itself on being an involved member of our community. Our neighborhood outreach involves supporting numerous causes including cancer research, neighborhood associations, schools and many other non-profit organizations. In any given year we receive nearly 500 requests for donations, highlighting the increasing needs of so many worthy causes. To better manage these requests, we have implemented a new Chick-fil-A Donation Program to address this growing need. We welcome the opportunity to give back to those who regularly patronize Chick-fil-A.
OUR DONATION GUIDELINES:
- We donate to non-profit organizations that serve our community
- We donate our products and/or related Chick-fil-A branded gifts
- We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on our donation request form. We cannot handle requests over the counter or by phone. Click the button below to download our Donation Request Form. Please return the completed form to the Chick-fil-A Restaurant near you.
For a quicker response to your request you may complete the online form below and submit. However before we can approve your request, we will need the request submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead.
